Shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders including returns/exchanges and lost/stolen packages.
Note: Processing time excludes weekends (Saturday + Sunday) and major holidays.
- Anesi is not responsible for missing or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package was mis-delivered or confiscated, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
- Please note: We are not currently equipped to process reshipments. If a claim is approved and funds are returned, a new order will need to be placed using the refunded amount.
- For incorrect items shipped in your order, please submit a return request immediately through our return portal. Be sure to include a photo for proof and select the exchange option to request a replacement. Once approved, any fees will be waived, and a return label will be provided. Refunds for incorrect items can also be processed free of charge upon approval.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no cost after reviewing your return request submitted through our return portal. All fees and labels will be waived. We kindly encourage you to upcycle or donate the damaged or defective item.

RETURNS
- Customers are allowed up to two returns per order.
- Certain products are designated as non-returnable and will be marked as final sale in their descriptions. Final sale items, undergarments, and swimwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- All return items must be unwashed, unworn, and in pristine condition, with all original tags attached.
- Every return request is subject to inspection and approval. If your return is denied, you will be notified via email, and the package will be returned to the sender.
- If you are unable to select a new color for an exchange, you must choose store credit as the return outcome and place a new order for the desired color.

Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Even Exchanges: Exchanges for a new size or color (where applicable) are offered free of charge as a courtesy.
Returns for Store Credit or Refund: Returns processed for store credit or a refund will incur a $10 return fee, which will be deducted from the refund balance.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to a return fee based on a percentage of your label cost. The maximum return fee is $50 USD.
Overseas Returns: Exchanges are not available for international orders. If you wish to replace an item with a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order using store credit or the refunded amount.
