Refunds for 'Wrong Item(s) Received'
Mistakes happen, and we strive to correct them promptly. If you have received the wrong item(s) in your package, please visit our Returns portal to initiate a return and receive the correct item(s). You will be required to return the incorrect item(s). Please note that handling fees are waived, and your return will undergo manual review and inspection first.
If the correct item is out of stock or no longer desired, alternative credit options will be available within the portal.
Refunds for Damaged/Defective Goods
If you received damaged or defective item(s), please visit our Returns portal to proceed with an exchange for a replacement. Handling fees are waived, and your return will go through a manual review and inspection first.

Refunds for Carrier Delays or Delivery Issues
Once packages are fulfilled and picked up by the carrier, Anesi is no longer responsible for the delivery of the order, as our role in processing, fulfillment, and ensuring the carrier has picked up your package is complete.
Refunds or store credit cannot be issued for such matters, and a claim must be filed to hold the carrier responsible for your unreceived package. Please file a claim with the carrier directly, or reach out to us for assistance in filing a claim on your behalf, as no automatic reshipments can be made.
This policy applies to lost, stolen, delayed, failed deliveries, and mis-delivered packages.
Refunds for Unwanted Items
If you ordered items that are not the right fit, you have the option to receive an exchange, store credit, or a partial refund to the original payment method by using our self-returns portal via Returns.
Other Refund Policies
- All returns undergo review first. Upon approval, your chosen return outcome will be processed immediately.
- Refunds can take 3-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times by financial institutions.
- Exchange orders are allowed 1 additional return per order.
- Packages sent to our return facility that are not found in our return system will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender. Refunds or store credit cannot be initiated without return approval via customer support or the Returns portal.
- Unauthorized return packages sent to our facility may experience longer processing times in the return-to-sender process.
- If you are expecting a refund or store credit and 14 days have passed, please contact us.
ATTENTION:
REGRETFULLY, WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR SHIPMENTS THAT EXPERIENCE DELAYS, ARE LOST, RETURNED TO SENDER, DAMAGED, OR MIS-DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER. ONCE TRACKING SHOWS ACCEPTANCE BY THE CARRIER, Anesi IS NOT AT FAULT FOR DELIVERY ISSUES.
PLEASE INITIATE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER FIRST TO HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE.
- USPS Priority and UPS Ground packages are insured up to $100 by the carrier.
- DHL Express packages are insured for the declared value.
